CREATING
WEALTH: How It Really Works
Seminar Description The ability to create
wealth is the basic requirement for fulfilling our aspirations. Like
life-blood that keeps the body fueled, it lets us confidently move out into the
world, seeking challenging opportunities, enjoying satisfying rewards, and
building meaningful practices. Wealth does not result from short-term
tactics for beating the competition. Nor is it a reliable byproduct of getting
bigger and more diverse a route than can, in fact, destroy value.
Creating Wealth offers a simple yet breakthrough concept: Become
masterful at something - a technology, a building
type, a client type, a niche, a locale - something you advance to a high level
of worth. Only then are you in a position to truly create value -- sustainable
value in a fast-paced, changing world. This course outlines the
results of our research, and builds a clear picture of the four fundamental
principles of a wealth-creating firm: 1) Focusing your expertise, 2) Selecting
the right client base, 3) Systematically innovating, and 4) Building
credibility. Using the Sparks Framework for Value
Creation, our model of the six most successful
business designs in the profession, we examine how different firms effectively
approach the four value fundamentals. We also identify six hidden client
agendas based on what they consider value-added.
In this course you will:
- Discover the Wealth Equation: a simple formula
to follow.
- Understand the new competitive forces unleashed
by global access, and have a strategy prepared that is not dependent on
geography.
- Appreciate the new principle of active focus and
how you can choose it.
- Gain insight into your clients hidden
agendas about what is most valuable.
- Gather inspiration for focused innovation, from
both inside and outside sources.
- Test your firm on its credibility, including
image, message, rapport-skills, and mastery language.
- Experience designing a wealth-creating firm from
the ground up (in full-day sessions).
