SPARKS Member
Consultants
Jack Reigle, ,
President of SPARKS, is an expert in the area of strategic planning, a field he
has helped pioneer over the past 15 years. His focus is on architecture and
engineering firms who desire to create powerful and compelling positions in the
marketplace over a long time period. He is an Affiliate Member of the Florida
AIA.
The successful execution of strategic planning often hinges on the
inclusion of a talented facilitator who provides a framework to discover and
address aspirations, issues and opportunities, and can move the planning team
in a unified direction, beyond the burden of past history and seemingly
insurmountable obstacles.
In addition, Jack develops and delivers
leadership development programs, provides executive consulting, and offers
market research services that can assist firms in the development of new
revenue streams, or assess client satisfaction. Bringing forth a well-balanced
set of skills, Jack addresses both the business and human sides of the
equation, ensuring that the resulting process has the right blend of emphasis
on financial objectives, operational performance, and excellent people-oriented
outcomes.
As one of the developers of the SPARKS strategic planning
models, Jack is highly capable of delivering the best results for A/E/C firms
of all sizes. An exceptional facilitator, he is able to move groups through
complex issues and discussions, and develops creative and effective frameworks
for analyzing alternatives, making decisions, and implementing new
programs.
Jack holds a BS degree with a Business/Marketing focus from
Marist College, and is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional
Services, as well as an Allied Member of the AIA - Florida. He has presented at
national and local conferences of the AIA, ACEC, NECA, SMPS and other industry
forums. He is currently working on a new book that will be the follow-up to the
very successful "Creating Wealth", published in 2000 by SPARKS
and Ellen Flynn Heapes. The new book, "Silver Bullets: Strategic Business
Intelligence for Design Firms" will be published in early 2008.
